Decided to post again on my weight journey. One thing that is clear is that the diet really works. The difficult part is afterwards to adjust to a lifestyle of good eating habits.
I would urge everyone to really think about it longer term than just losing the weight. It is not something that stops once you have lost the weight. You need to realise that for the rest of your life you will be thinking of how you eat. As long as you made a mental commitment to your long-term health you will be ok.
Good luck all!!!!

It has been a few months later since i stopped with the diet and i have lost a bit more. I am now on a total of 25kg (55 lbs) that i have lost since starting on the first personal diet. I have maintained well even though i eat quite regularly now, but still looking at what i eat in general.
I have had pizzas and general take-aways, but i try to eat well in between having these meals. I feel great overall and i consider the diet a huge success for myself.
Now it is the gym work and getting the last bit of skin around the belly off and getting the fitness levels up again.

Please feel free to ask any questions you might have about this diet and my experience.
I will soon do a photo update showing my progress after a month on the diet. Basically 5 weeks of the diet. I wanted to do it on 4 weeks, but got distracted and never got round to it.
